Membership Policy:

1. When you subscribe to our monthly membership, you commit to a minimum of six consecutive months. If you choose to terminate your membership before the completion of this period, you will be required to pay the balance for any facials already completed at our regular, non-member pricing.

2. Members are responsible for booking their facial every month to make the most of their membership benefits. A facial booked and completed counts as one of your monthly sessions.

3. If you are unable to book a facial in a specific month, you have a 30-day grace period before that month's facial expires. Please note that monthly membership fees will still be charged on the same day each month, whether or not you book your facial.

4. It is completely safe and is an option to schedule and enjoy two facials in one month if you were unable to book a facial for one more.

Service Details:

1. Beauty & Delight Studio only utilizes pharmaceutical and professional-grade skincare products to ensure the best results for our clients.

2. All services must be paid in full upon completion of the treatment. We accept payments in cash, credit cards, debit cards, and E-transfers for some services. Please note that we do not offer refunds or exchanges for any services already completed.

3. All goods, including skincare products, are non-refundable.
