The bridal consultation is the initial call you have with us so we can get to know each other and for us to learn more about your wedding plans, visions, and inspiration. This call helps you learn whether we are a good fit for you!

The Bridal Preview (also known as the trial), is when we get to preview the bridal makeup and hair inspiration that you have for your wedding. It typically takes around 3 to 4 hours as we are spending more time to play around with your inspiration. The preview typically is 1 makeup look and 1 hair look, however, time permitting, we may lightly play with some other ideas you have.

Though not 100% necessary, it is 100% recommended to do a bridal makeup and hair preview before your actual wedding day. This allows the artist/stylist to know what skin type and hair type you have to make the wedding morning as smooth as possible. This time also allows us to recommend whether or not you will need hair extensions for the bridal hair style you want. This also allows time for you to decide if you truly love the bridal look we were going for. The last thing you want is having makeup and hair done on your wedding day for the first time and you actually don’t love it.

After we have secured your wedding date with the paid retainer and signed contract, we will reach out to you a few months before your wedding date to schedule the bridal preview session 2-3 months out. This gives enough time for you to remember how you felt and looked after the trial and easier to make up your mind.

*PRO TIP: schedule your bridal makeup and hair preview on the same day you are doing your dress fitting so you can see the whole look together!

Please come to the bridal makeup and hair preview with washed and completely dried hair! Your face should have no makeup on as this will take time away from the trial.

Wear a white top that has a similar neckline to your wedding dress (if possible)

Bring any hair accessories you want to try, your veil, and clean hair extensions if you have them.

If your hair extensions are brand new, you will have to wash and dry them first before we can style them. This will get rid of the film layer on top.

You will have to book another makeup and hair preview at an additional cost.

Similar to industry standard, our hair prices do not include hair extensions or the application. If you provide the hair extensions, we can apply it on for you at an additional cost.

Yes! False lashes are included with all makeup applications!

We have different styles of strip and individual lashes to suit any makeup look.

You can definitely get lash extensions for your wedding day. We recommend getting volume lashes so it can show up in photography better. If we find that lashes you have are not enough, we can apply false lashes on top.

If you are all about that warm bronzy glow, then YES! However, do not make spray tanning for the first time too close to the wedding day. Book a trial session a few months before so you know what tone you want and you won’t get any surprises on your wedding day!

100% yes! Facials not only give you an amazing glow for the wedding day, but it also helps with makeup wear longevity, and creating a flawless canvas for makeup application. We recommend getting monthly facials 6 to 9 months before your wedding day.

We offer Bridal Facial Plan assessments so you have a guide of what facials you should be getting and when based on your skin type and skin care goals.

Yes! Please let us know if advance so we can schedule the time accordingly as even small tattoos can take some time to cover.

Yes! Please let us know which artist you are requesting. Although you can request, it is not guaranteed they are available. It will depend what other jobs they have that day.

Once you receive the quote and contract, you are booked once we receive the non-refundable retainer and the signed contract. Upon securing the date, you will receive a Google Invite as a placeholder.

We know things change during the wedding planning phase. You can make changes and add more services up to 60 days before your wedding day. This ensures we are able to accommodate the timeline and the number of artists.

Balance is to be paid 3 days prior to the wedding day for your convenience.

No refunds on the 50% non-refundable retainer.

If you cancel within 60 days, you will be charged in full for the services booked.

If client chooses to reschedule her appointment, a $200 rescheduling fee will be assessed- no exceptions and must be made 60 days before wedding day to allow us to refill the date.

Yes, we travel everywhere in the Metro Vancouver area, Fraser Valley, Squamish, Whistler, Hope, Vancouver Island. We also accommodate destination weddings worldwide. Travel fees vary.
